Part 2 of 3: preparing your fostering service for Cultural Compass Mark™ accreditation

This is Part 2 of a three-part series for fostering services preparing for accreditation. In this part, we move from what your service does to how it learns, measures, listens, leads and opens its doors.

This interactive e-learning course has 5 short modules:

• Module 1: Principle 06: Training and Development
• Module 2: Principle 07: Data Collection
• Module 3: Principle 08: Feedback Mechanisms
• Module 4: Principle 09: Leadership and Governance
• Module 5: Principle 10: Accessibility

It includes narration, practical scenarios and a final quiz of 12 questions (80% pass mark). You can learn at your own pace on any device, and you'll receive a certificate when you complete the course.
